Registration:

To register for one of the training sessions offered, please send us an email.  The following information is needed in the email you send to us:

 

Name(s) of the people to attend training from your company and company name.

Date each person wishes to attend the training.

Indicate for each person:

"Field Certification" or "Classroom with Field Certification".

Tell us if you are an ARPA (Arizona Rock Products Association) member, or a government employee.

 

Email your registration to fred@arizonasmokeschool.com

You will receive an email confirmation if you register in that manner.

 

If you do not have access to email, please call 480-226-0945 to register. 

Regular Rates:

        Classroom and Field Certification:      $150.00

         Field Certification Only:                         $125.00

 

ARPA Rates:

         Classroom and Field Certification:      $125.00

         Field Certification Only:                         $100.00

 

Government Rates:

        Classroom and Field Certification:      $125.00

         Field Certification Only:                         $100.00

We now accept all major credit cards for payment as well as company and/or personal check. Cash works too!

 

For all credit card payments:

           We can run your credit card on the day of the training at the training site or you can call Fred at 480-226-0945 and give him your credit card information.

 

For payments by company check, you can either bring the check the day of the training, or mail the check to:
